Day 10

The SENT Mission program is now in its 12th year.  By God's grace and provision, there have been approximately 200 Free Gospel Bible Institute students who have been blessed to receive a firsthand vision of the mission field.

I stand amazed at how the Lord continues to raise up young people with a call to missions and provides the way for them to go to distant places like the Philippines.  As I look back at how the Lord gave me the vision for this SENT program, I am thrilled at how He continues to prove Himself faithful in calling, providing and sending these young missionaries to needy places around the world.

This SENT trip to work with the Petits in the Philippines has been extremely fruitful.  Testimonies continue to come from churches, pastors and Bible students as to how they've been blessed and encouraged by the loving ministry of these FGBI students. One national Pastor stated to me the other day, "please return to us as soon as possible, our churches need this kind of ministry!"

As a leader of the SENT team, I have been impressed by the burden, sincerity and ministry of each team member. We have seen many lives touched and changed through the powerful gospel message that these young people brought from America.

I want to thank Bro. and Sis. Petit for inviting us to come and assist them in their work here. Thank you as well to Sis. Lisa Peretic for all of the hard work and leadership she provided to make this trip a success.  Last but not least, many thanks to those who offered both finances and prayers to make such a mission adventure possible for these enthusiastic SENT team members.
