Our first full day in Honduras is nearly over. Admittedly, I'm exhausted but I've loved every minute of it. We, the north team, headed out at 4 this morning and held five services at military and police bases. Seeing the soldiers and police officers get in with the songs and even laugh at our attempts at Spanish was awesome. The guys did great preaching and I could tell that the men and women were moved. You could see the pain in some of their eyes as we talked about how the love of God could reach down and save everyone, no matter what they had done. We primarily focused on the power of the blood today and how His blood can transform us and make us new. I can't wait to see what tomorrow holds!
