Today we left early in the morning to travel back home (Danli). We had around a 4 hour drive to get back. This was the only morning since we’ve been here that we haven’t had a morning or afternoon service. We stopped at a cave for a few minutes to see that then continued. We then stopped at a grocery store to get food. When we got back we had just enough time to get some dinner then we left for the night service. Tonight’s service was powerful! The group sang a few songs and the presence of the Lord was very strong! They all testified very good and the Lord used them. Bro. Aaron and Bro. Pahlman preached tonight. Their messages went hand in hand. After Bro. Pahlman gave the altar call a lot of the young people made their way down to pray. The church services seem a little different than the military services. You have people who back you and really take their liberty when they pray. Sometimes during the military services they are rushed and you don’t have much time to pray with them like you would want to. They still get in but you just don’t have the liberty like you have in a regular service. These young people prayed and wept for a good while. I’m sure there were over 40 boys and girls all crying out to the Lord and worshiping with all their heart! The Lord was good to us tonight. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be here. I just kept thinking tonight during the service, what would I be doing if I wasn’t in the ministry. Surely nothing that even compares to such moves of God!
