The team split up going north and south. I am a part of the south team, with Bro. Alan Sumner and his family. We drove for hours over mountain after mountain to be at first service at 7:00 AM. Finally arriving at the police academy. We walked in and they were in formation waiting the morning service. Smiles filled their faces as we walked in. We began to sing and testify in this small outside court yard. Prisoners lined the back wall in their cells. We felt the Lord and prayed with several of them. God moved and we were so thankful. In all we had four military and police services today! We went to Tiger Island to minister at the naval base. We had to take a boat to reach the island and ride in motor taxi’s to get to the base. It is so beautiful here!! The mountains and the water, at one point we are standing in Honduras and can see El Salvador and Niagara! Mom I did walk on the beach through the edge of the water but I am fine!! They visited a bat cave that I passed on and looked for shells with a couple of the other girls instead!! Lol I don’t like bats!!
It was a wonderful day!! God moved and lives were touched. At one base the commander was expressing how thankful he was we came and visited them to bring God to them. One man had sad that they acknowledge there is a God but don’t know God. How sad and true this is. We must continue our journey so that we can tell them about God and hopefully they will accept him and know him!!
