Today we started off at the soup kitchen once again. We put the second coat of paint on tables and we painted the new benches. It was a lot of fun working with everybody. The guys have been hard at work welding, sanding, and putting together the benches and tables. The Lord is expanding the soup kitchen.
Tonight we had the last night of kid’s campaign. It was a bittersweet night as we realized that tonight would be the last night to see these people unless God brings me back here. God moved once again and lives were concentrated, dedicated, called out, and challenged. The testimonies challenged the youth to go on and not let revival die once we leave. Bro. John preached and asked them how they are going to answer Christ. Are they going to let God love them or are they going to reject Him? Then Bro. Pahlman challenged once again to let God continue working in them. After altar call we got the chance to hear from church members in what God has been doing in their lives. It began to break my heart and I couldn't stop the tears from flowing as one after another got up and testified of Gods healing power in their bodies, peace if mind, strength, and much more. It was wonderful to hear the testimonies of the people. They would tell us about how we were a blessing and about how they are praying for us. They kept telling us we were a blessing but they were a blessing as well. I have learned slit in this past week and a half. God has used this trip to open my eyes to a lot if things.
Right before we ended service, we prayed for the whole Sumner family. They do so much and give so much it was great to see them getting touched
.
I am excited to hear what God is going to do in and through the Sumner family in the country of Honduras.
