We began the day with breakfast at McDonald’s and it was so good to get to eat Honduran food again!! Afterwards, we went to the First Infantry Battalion, and had a great service. The soldiers responded very well to the preaching and afterwards we got to take a picture with them all. Right before the service, one of the sub-lieutenants took off running to his barrack to get his Bible. It was one that he had received this December from our family’s ministry when he graduated from the military academy. It was exciting to see him so glad to get to use his Bible in a service.
After our first service, we ate lunch at the Mall and I got to eat Honduran tacos! *yay* Then we headed down the road to our next service at ANAPO, the National Police Academy. All the 3rd and 4th year cadets were in the service with us. We had a really good service with them and afterwards, we got to take a picture with them.
Our last service was at the Military Academy. All the cadets were present in that service, it was so good to get to see them again! The Military Academy is such a special place because of the freedom given to the preaching of the Gospel and the respect that is shown to God’s Word. The cadets responded very well to Bro. Pahlman’s sermon and a lot of them prayed afterwards to be saved. It was wonderful! I’m so thankful for all that the Lord is doing down here in Honduras!
